KTC Grading LLC Terms and Conditions

You agree that:

  1. All terms and conditions are subject to change.
  2. KTC is not liable for cards that are damaged, lost, undelivered, misdelivered or delivered late while not in our possession, either regarding your submission or our return of product to you.
  3. KTC will only accept submission forms downloaded directly from this website. Refer to “Submission Center” page for current submission forms and pricing.
  4. KTC will inspect all incoming submissions to ensure that the cards listed on your submission form match what is received.
  5. All fees paid to KTC are nonrefundable once the grading process begins. KTC will review the calculated charges and make changes only if necessary.
  6. Cards submitted that are outside of our acceptance list will only be graded after contact with you. The card in question will still be charged a grading fee, but if we are unable to grade it the card will be returned ungraded.
  7. You allow KTC to post images of your graded cards to social media. KTC will NOT release any of your ownership/personal information regarding such images used.
  8. KTC will provide fair and consistent grading for all submitted cards, and will encapsulate cards in the condition in which they were received. Notification will be provided should a problem arise during the grading process and a mutual resolution will be reached.
  9. You agree to accept the final grade we place on a card. KTC’s grading scale is different than most other graders, and we do not hand out our top grades easily or often!
  10. Labeling discrepancies will be limited to card identification and may be questioned by email query. You agree to identify your cards to the best of your ability.
  11. Cards that are counterfeit, altered, trimmed or otherwise tampered with will not be graded, and charge will not be refunded. You agree to not knowingly submit such cards or hold KTC liable for incidentally grading such cards.
  12. Providing authentication is challenging and is not guaranteed due to increased sophistication of computerization and printing. KTC will be diligent and provide our best effort.
  13. KTC will provided tracking once return shipment has been processed.
  14. KTC is not responsible for returning submitted items sent with insufficient funds or inadequate contact information (please write legibly!!).
  15. KTC will strive to maintain a database of images of final graded cards. This database may or may not be made public.
